In the dynamic field of data, agronomy, and technology, you, along with your team, are the link between (inter)national clients and the organization. With your expertise in the sector, you identify commercial opportunities with our clients.
What will you be doing?
As the face of Dacom Farm Intelligence, a part of CropX Technologies, you will be in contact with both new and existing relationships, both nationally and internationally, serving as the representative point of contact. Building sustainable relationships with clients is central, involving listening and collaborating to address challenges and needs. Your client base includes both growers and agribusiness entities. By regularly maintaining contact with existing clients, distribution partners, and dealer networks, you keep them informed about new possibilities and developments. Proactively seeking out new clients is a crucial aspect of your role as an Account Manager. You translate Dacom and CropX's products and services into added value for the customer. Additionally, you enjoy discussing all aspects of our knowledge-intensive products, providing engaging product presentations and demonstrations to clients or at trade shows, and actively participating in the sales process.
What are we looking for?
- Agricultural Bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role with a proven track record of results
- Experience in developing and attracting new business accounts
- Proficiency in using business tools for managing sales processes (CRM, invoicing, etc.)
- Proactive, commercially aware, and strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and another European language
- Affinity with Agronomy, IT, and technology
- Up-to-date with the latest developments in the national and international market

A position in a brand-new, picturesque office - the ecological Dutch Barn. You will receive a temporary contract for 36 to 40 hours per week with the aim of a permanent appointment within a motivated and enthusiastic team.
