More than one sensor suddenly stopped sending data. |
A general problem with the back end of Dacom. |
Dacom or CropX will solve the problems ASAP. |

Dacom will report the issue to the concerning provider. |

Dacom will report the answer of Orange to NEC and discuss the follow-up with NEC. |

The datalogger is not transmitting data |
Datalogger is visible damaged. |
Datalogger has to be replaced. |

Order a new datalogger at Dacom. |

The datalogger is not transmitting data. |
The voltage of the batteries is too low. |
Make sure that the Solar panel gets enough sunlight during the day. |
The datalogger is not transmitting data during the night. |
The battery is weak. The voltage of the battery should be around 3,5 Volt. Measure the voltage, see attachment V. |
Replace the battery. |

Contact Dacom for new battery. |
|
The datalogger is not transmitting data, is not visible damaged and battery is not flat. Contact support Dacom. |
Problem with settings or SIM-card* |
Follow the instructions of Support team to connect the datalogger via USB to a computer. |

Dacom will check all settings and decide how to proceed. |
Before an installation in the field the DSG4 can be installed at the office to verify there is data transmission. When communicating with Dacom about an issue with a station the serial number, location (country and GPS coordinates) and date/time of the activation should be provided.
